Lois Tuffield
I took early retirement from teaching maths and came to live in rural France in July 2004.
Now, I specialise in writing about rural French living, with an emphasis on goat keeping.
I contribute two weekly columns to a local magazine called Etcetera; www.etceteraonline.org that cover my rural life as well as supplying recipes.
British magazines to which I have contributed include: Country Smallholding; Your Cat; The Lady; Yours.
I have published a book through Authorhouse called Not Another Bloody Goat which is a light-hearted account of two years of living here in the Poitou-Charrente region.
While non-fiction is my main speciality, I have written 2 novels; both hoping to find a publisher! You can see a sample chapter of one of them by going to www.newauthors.co.uk
Oh, and there is also a bi-lingual vegetarian recipe book looking for a publisher!
